Platform for external evidentiary deposit and forensic certification of digital content and closed decision units. It enables anchoring evidence, decisions, and system outputs (including AI systems) to a verifiable, independent, and time-defined reference.
Operational note: Submission does not automatically generate evidentiary value. Evidentiary value is established exclusively upon completion of forensic certification through FEDIS. However, each recorded evidence is already defensible through intake hash and timestamp, constituting a verifiable point in time. FEDIS certification may also be requested at a later stage, provided that the submitted content matches the originally recorded fingerprint.
