EVIDE Pricing
EVIDE is the external evidentiary deposit system for digital evidence, decision records and AI outputs. Access always requires a verified DAPI identity, because every deposit must be attributable to a real, identified and non-repudiable subject.
Mandatory verified identity
DAPI — Mandatory platform access
DAPI is not optional. It is the prerequisite for accessing EVIDE, creating evidentiary deposits, requesting FEDIS or using the API. An evidentiary record, to be legally defensible, must be linked to a verified, real and non-repudiable identity.
- 1 valid identity document
- 1 facial photo
- 1 audio file with voice
- 1 short video with face

Optional forensic certification
FEDIS — Forensic Evidence Declaration & Integrity Statement
FEDIS is the forensic layer of EVIDE. The EVIDE deposit creates a verifiable and portable cryptographic record. FEDIS adds the signed forensic declaration, documented chain of custody, and elements required for evidentiary use in judicial, regulatory or investigative contexts. It is not included automatically.

- SHA-256 hash and UTC timestamp
- Signed forensic declaration
- eIDAS compliance (EU)

- ✓ Structured decision records (EVIDE JSON)
- ✓ Linked evidence chains
- ✓ Deposits across multiple organizations

- ✓ Optional access to public registry
Automated integration
API Intake — Monthly plans
The EVIDE API allows structured records to be deposited directly from your systems. Each intake generates a unique evide_id, a verifiable SHA-256 hash and a UTC timestamp. The API service is available only to users with a verified DAPI identity. The monthly fee covers technical access and a defined intake volume.

evide_id, a verifiable intake_hash SHA-256 and a UTC timestamp. The downloadable payload retains the same hash recorded at intake time.Important: the API service does not replace DAPI — it presupposes it. The
fedis_requested: true field does not automatically generate a forensic certification: it places the record in a queue for separate evaluation and quote.Full technical documentation is available on request: info@informaticainazienda.it
