External Discoverability Layer

EVIDE registry records are also exposed through a public XML sitemap.

This creates an additional layer of:

  • -- independent discoverability
  • -- temporal visibility
  • -- distributed indexing presence
  • -- external structural persistence

The registry therefore exists not only as an internal database, but also as a publicly observable evidentiary structure.

This discoverability layer does not replace cryptographic hashing, trusted timestamping, FEDIS certification, or the certified evidentiary package, but it strengthens external visibility and structural continuity.
